Great rooms. They feel authentic without being dirty (excepting the IR room, which seems useless and smells bad). There are enough staff around that things are taken care of but not so many that you feel over monitored. The food is great and decently priced (the spicy lamb soup is particularly good). The price is among the best in the city (unexpected given its location but I've done extensive research here). Great whether solo, in a couple, or with a group. I took a group of about ten and we stayed all day.

Mar 26, 2025 · Joe PilatoI was there today for the first time. The place is not new but it’s clean, everyone is nice and you can get clean/dry towels as needed, there are few different sauna rooms, infrared room cold room a pool, jacuzzi and steam room, cold plunges and showers. The changing room is simple but you need to bring your shampoo etc They have plenty of space to chill and a yummy Russian food restaurant, price is fair! Will return for sure.
Jan 25, 2025 · lina lamathis is by far the best Spa that I’ve ever gone to. When they said they close at 10:30 they let you stay in the spa until 1030. They don’t close early and they have an amazing attitude.
Oct 17, 2024 · Ryan WolfingtonDisappointing and Unsafe Experience I recently visited this sauna, expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The floors were slippery, and the seating areas didn’t seem properly sanitized. To make matters worse, staff were either inattentive or dismissive when concerns were raised Here’s a review focusing on the lack of assistance when someone feels unwell in the sauna What’s even more alarming is that there was no basic first aid or support for guests who might need help. In a high-heat environment like a sauna, safety should be a priority, but it felt like there was no emergency protocol at all. This place needs serious improvements in staff training, safety measures, and guest care. Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend visiting. A sauna should be a place of relaxation and wellness, but this visit left me feeling worse rather than refreshed. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend it in its current state.
