It was my first time visiting this location on MLK day. There was a short line to enter and it can be a daunting experience for those who’ve never done a Korean Spa before. 📝 How to: Book your ticket online a day in advance for 45$. This is cheaper than walking in and paying the walk-in price of 90$. 🚿 Prepping: After paying, proceed to your gender’s restroom to put your shoes away into the first section of little cubbies. Look for your specific locker noted on the magnetic bracelet they give you. I’m not sure if it’ll fit bigger shoes and boots but your everyday sneakers should fit here. You’ll be spending the rest of your time here barefoot. After putting your shoes away you can move to the next section to find your personal locker for your personal belongings. A staff member in the restroom should provide you with the uniform. 💦 Wet Room: Enter nude - shower first before using hot tub or wet sauna 🧖‍♂️ Dry Rooms: The other half of the spa with food, tables, massages, and hot rooms at around 140F/60C Food: I’d say get the ramen. The bulgogi felt a bit too savory for my liking. Drinks were good tho! Struggled to use the water machines though Service: Staff in restroom were helpful in guiding and letting you know what to do if you’re lost. The kitchen chefs were friendly and helpful. Ambience: Not too loud or crazy. Can feel a bit small but remember you’re in Ktown NYC. People keep to themselves and shouldn’t bother you

Lovely experience here! My friends and I wanted to relax and spend time together. The price is affordable, staff members in the locker rooms are okay , front desk was GREAT and food court staff was good as well. Decent priced food. Hot tub was amazing.

The combination of clean, high-quality facilities and authentic food creates a perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. The entrance was welcoming and the check-in was easy. There are specials depending on the day you visit (example: if you buy a massage, free admission). I bought a coupon on Groupon and visited on a random weekday. As such, there was so much space and no competition for any of the facilities. They gave us complimentary face masks per person upon checking in! What to expect: You will get an electronic wristband that unlocks your clothing locker and tracks your purchases at the cafeteria. First, enter the wet area segregated by gender, take off your shoes and stow them in your cubby #. You will get a big towel, a small towel, and uniform. Only the small towel can be brought around the facilities. Bring your large towel and stow it in the cubby right next to door before the showers. Here, guests may be fully nude or swimsuits can be permitted. The spa supplies high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, free toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hot tub here is not as hot as I was hoping for. The wet sauna was nice. Once showered and dried off, put on the uniform to enter the co-ed section. There are 3 sauna rooms ranging from 141 to 158 degrees that vary in temperature throughout your time there. The rooms itself are small, comfortably fitting 4 on the ground mats. This place would not be enjoyable during peak hours due capacity. There was a clay room with heated mats for sleeping and relaxing. The common area was large and had plenty of board games, books, and manga. We had the shaved ice and it was one of the best I’ve had! The consistency of the ice was so fine and the condensed milk was not overly sweet and neither was the red beans. It was such a great cold treat. They also gifted us 3 free hard boiled eggs! Overall, felt like the facilities were clean. Plenty of staff to help out if you needed something. Being centrally located in ktown rather than King Spa in New Jersey, was a welcomed convenience. While it is smaller and fewer facilities, for the price point (using a Groupon) was WAY worth it. Honestly, really really enjoyed my time. Minus a star for the size of the spa itself but otherwise great and worth the try.

Fantastic Korean bathhouse in the city. The staff is amazing and does a great job at welcoming you and taking good care of you throughout your visit. You will feel amazing when you leave. Please understand this is a small place but well designed and clean. Korean bathhouses are not meant to be luxury spas. They reflect the authentic culture of true Korean bathhouse. Do your research first. Do not come with unrealistic expectations or assumptions and then give a bad review.
