Rebecca got frustrated with me when I told her the overfiling was hurting me. Candy finished the job, though unorthodox, and did alright but my thumb nail paint just fell off and I got them done today. This is the WORST experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I asked for gel nails with the small plastic tip on the end of my nail and they charged me for two services ($120 for my nails to be done). When I was with Rebecca I reinstated I wanted gel nails & she laughed at me and said to Candy “now she wants gel nails” mockingly and began to get frustrated with me. I asked why she was getting frustrated and then someone moved me to Candy. The nail job was not what I wanted because she basically gave me acrylic nails (mind you my nails were overfiled by Rebecca at this point) and I was charged for tips and gel (x2). My nails feel so damaged now and still not done with the missing paint.

my manicure started peeling and chipping as soon as i walked in my apartment door after getting them done. within 2 days, multiple of my nails have broken (this has NEVER happened to me before after going to any place, i have very strong nails) in random places so now there are literal CHUNKS missing of my nails. when i went in to this place my nails were in amazing condition so i don’t know what they used or did on them, but they are so brittle now less than a week after coming here. never again.

Viviana is absolutely fantastic! You should specifically request her if you visit. She's available from Friday to Monday. My gel manicure, regular pedicure, and 10-minute massage were the best I've ever experienced. Viviana is truly a gem—professional and worth every penny. The $80 cost is a steal for the exceptional service she provides. I'll be a weekly visitor for sure.

Alex was my eyelash technician. I was in the Area for my hair appointment. I need all services so why not since I’m in the area. Anyhoo Alex kept asking me if I was living in the area I mentioned my hair appointment then 2 min later she asked again,,,, hmmm is this a “only if you live in the area exclusive salon service” ? Ok so now the lashes are nice individual 130 per eye & $190I just pray they last 2 weeks. I NEVER go to places that I haven’t reviewed first. After i left I looked at some pics of other lashes that look fuller than mine go figure. The refill Alex says will be $80. I made an appointment for 2 weeks from now . At the end of the appointment Alex tells me there’s a mandatory 18% tax tip.. lol I like to tip for great services but the nyc law or news never said anything about 18% being mandatory she was pushy. These lashes better last ..I will update on the quality
