It’s a great visit every time, amazing staff and excellent smooth results…Skin Spa is my favorite “self love” spa…definitely highly recommended. The Skin Spa appointments that I’ve booked were for massages and facials however a majority of my visits are for Brazilian bikini wax’s. All visits reached my high expectations of a spa visit. Love this place!!!

My first time here and I felt treated like a credit card more than a person. I came in for a face and back facial before my wedding which should be straightforward. I was talked into a laser genesis up charge with “no downtime” promising the best looking skin for my wedding. I asked several times about any negative downtime so I wouldn’t have to panic about my skin and kept being promised there was nothing. Well, this is on me to allow it, but of course with them not knowing me well or my skin I have had terrible red dry patches on my face that I’m not sure will go away in time for my big day. I’m so upset. They should never have suggested this if they were a credible place or at the very least they should say there is a chance of this reaction happening, but no, I got nothing. Not only that, my 1.5 hour treatment (even before the up charged laser treatment) was all shrunk down into 1 hour. I feel like this was all hastily done just to get me back out the door. I only came here because of a discount, but I highly regret it. They don’t care about you, they care to get your money.

This was my first time and I absolutely enjoyed it. I had a skin consultation prior to my service. Anita was so sweet, she was so understanding and kind. During the consult she asked me what were my skin goals and what was going on with my skin. She was so attentive and so informative. I now completely trust her with my skin. She was so knowledgeable. After my consultation we decided on going with a facial to get a good deep clean and a power peel. She made sure during the whole process that I felt comfortable which I really appreciated. She had so much product knowledge. She told me exactly what to do and what products to use. I bought the three products she recommended and a package I am so excited about my skincare journey with her and the Skin Spa! Thank you to the staff for being so kind. I believe the gentleman’s name in the front was Blake, and he was an absolute gem. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Update 02/11/2025 - I have come in for 3 facials so far and I notice the difference in my skin and so do others. It really is refreshing to find a place that cares about your skin. Anita really is wonderful, she gives me great suggestions. Honestly, I am so grateful I started coming here and getting my facials because I see the difference. The results weren't over night, but this is skin we are talking about. Thank you SkinSpa family! Looking forward to my next session and purchasing more packages.

Wildly inconsistent. Just left a treatment that is booked for an hour and a half which was maniacally completed in 50-55 minutes. I found feel the aesthetician’s stress in rushing through it: movements were brusque, gel splattering everywhere. Aside from the fact that it simply isn’t effective when it is rushed, the experience itself is stressful. The best part is that I agreed to come in 15 minutes earlier thinking that they were definitely trying to make sure my treatment had sufficient time but NO it was so that they could book another appointment an hour after mine started. So that is why my 1.5 hour appointment had to be moved 15 minutes. Having said that, the v first time I had the treatment was great. So it can happen. UPDATE: left 40 minutes ago and just realized I’d been walking around with really obvious white streaks all over my face. Unclear if it is from the gel that was clumsily wiped off or from the moisturizer that was spread all over my face w the speed of light, no technique, worse than I am able to do it for myself. Also unclear if sunscreen was applied at 3:55 when I was dispatched from the appointment that started a little after 3pm. She didn’t say. Perhaps to further economize on time.

My daughter and I both had facials yesterday at Skin Spa and I must say it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My face feels absolutely amazing after the treatment. The esthetician working on me was very personable and friendly. I felt immediately at ease and truly enjoyed my time with her.
