Really disappointed with my latest visit here. It was my second time here since I purchased the Groupon 2 pack. I mainly do facials for the extractions but my esthetician probably spent less than 5 minutes doing this part and just said my skin was really good and didn't need much attention. I paid for a 50 minute facial but like some other reviewers have said, it was only around 30-35 minutes so I feel a bit scammed.

Had a mixed experience here; I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I left with a bad taste in my mouth after feeling judged for my skin during a facial. I've had trouble with my skin ever since I was a teenager and went in knowing I was due for a facial. My esthetician was friendly but made comments about how there's no reason my skin should have been as bad as it was and that I shouldn't have let it get to that point. I don't think it was meant to be demeaning but it was unkind. Services like facials and expensive skin products are a luxury and I left feeling judged and criticized. Other than that, the facial itself was good, the place was clean and the receptionists were great.

If you are black do not come here. Staff is not knowledgeable about treating black skin. I received chemical burns here and received no aftercare and no refund. My Derm confirmed permanent skin discoloration may occur as as a result of their negligence. The staff also ignored my calls which is extremely rude. They wouldn’t even provide contact information to a manager for help. Just do not come here.

I've been going to Skin Spa for almost a year if not a year now. Doing hydrafacials and also tried the laser and hair removal. I did all my hydrafacials with Skylar and she was fantastic. She's no longer there but I still think the hydrafacial express is really great. Most places only have long and longer services but I'm a stay at home mom so I don't like to be out too long so an express service is a great option for me and I leave with my skin feeling really rejuvenated! Hair removal was with Rima I believe and she was also great, took special care and was sensitive to my needs!

Been going here for a while. There prices when you buy in bulk are unbeatable and they always do a great job - fast, clean and efficient! However would not recommend getting advice here on what procedures to get done since I have had mixed experience with that here.
