Roksana was exceptional! She was recommended to me by a friend, and visiting her studio was the best choice I could have made! I shared with her that I was headed to an important conference less than one week after our appointment, and Roksana tailored our appointment so that I could have beautiful skin at the conference. She listened diligently to my concerns about my skin, and I felt the facial she provided fit my skin perfectly. I left the appointment with beautiful skin, and had a very relaxing time achieving it! Even though I don’t live in New York City, I plan to travel there to get a facial from her again! Highly highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. Roksana is truly gifted in what she does. It honestly felt more like a healing experience than just a facial. I could tell she really understood my skin. I’ve always struggled with sensitive acne-prone skin, and honestly, most facials I’ve had in the past just left my skin irritated and inflamed from harsh treatments and chemicals. Roksana is amazing. I found her through classpass originally and scheduled an appointment. After learning my concerns and evaluating my skin, she advised on a specialized treatment for the day as well as a treatment plan to move forward as I prep my skin for my summer wedding. She was the first esthetician to perform extractions and calm my skin so that I could continue my day seamlessly which is super important to me. Roksana described each step she performed and why it was important. The spa area and service room are clean and soothing.
