I brought this on Groupon The host was rude keep asking for the $8.00 tax money. Then another employee didn't say excuse me & toss a cup of water to try to get in the garbage & it hit me. Then the lady who gave me the message called me cheap for the tip I gave her. & I didn't finish my 1hr massage I ask if I could come back the host said no. Then the rest of the employees are animals they push shove to get to the door close the door on me. Didn't even apologize. All the massage lady did was put oil & her body weight on my. & the I was pressure into giving her a tip even if the massage was horrible & rough. I don't have a problem with tipping. I couldn't enjoy it. I was stress

Let me start with customer service is everything to me! I was placed in a room, with no instructions. Some ppl have never had a massage, so it's important to let ppl know what to expect. I expected a health questionnaire or at least a brief consultation to find out more about the me, the client... NOTHING! I didn't even receive a hello, how are you, or what are you expecting today. I wasn't even asked if I was ok or how's the pressure periodically. My therapist left the room TWICE to retrieve hot stones and then wet and dry towels, AND didn't bother to cover me up. At least have all supplies in the room, so my massage isn't interrupted. There was also loud conversations and lots of traffic in the hallway. I come for relaxation and tranquility; I didn't receive it. When it came time to pay, the receptionist asked for more of a tip! ARE YOU SERIOUS? THE AUDACITY! How could you...

I bought it through Groupon.. When the receptionist checked the voucher she asked me for $5 extra.. she said for tax.. I paid it.. but then after I sat for my massage I looked into the voucher to see where I missed reading the $5 thing I didn't find it.. So I ended up paying the regular price on the spa menu! Such a scam The foot massage was good though

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I loved our couples massage, deep tissue…. We extended from 60 min to 90 min! We will be back. Got a great deal on Groupon. I’m glad we discovered it. Can’t wait to treat ourselves again! Thank you!!

Renew Body and Mind Spa offered a calming and well-coordinated couples massage on short notice. The space was clean, the staff professional, and the prices were reasonable, making it a good value. We both left feeling relaxed and would be happy to return. Recommend the place!
