The clinic is absolutely amazing. Attentive, caring and does NOT try to oversell and mislead you on your needs. I highly recommend this place for your Botox and Filler needs, though they also do facials, lash extentions and more. I came here for Botox and had an incredible AND gentle experience with Stephanie. I am very afraid of needles and she took her time with car after concerns were shared ❤️ Thank you again!!

Second time here. Everyone here has been really lovely. I came back because of how amazing the results were the first time. What I liked best is that they will help you choose the service you need for the best results, not just try to upsell to the most expensive. They actually steered me towards something cheaper than I initially purchased and it turned out amazing. 5 stars

I am pretty disappointed with my experience at Radiant Beauty. I came in for under eye PRF and scheduled with Stephanie, who came highly recommended by a family member. I arranged for childcare just to be seen by Stephanie on a Friday when I was told she would be in at the Manhattan location. Unfortunately, on the day of, this was my experience. Experience: The first person drawing my blood did not know what they were doing. Yes, I have small veins, but it felt like this person was just poking and prodding and had no experience. I tried to tell myself I was wrong and it would turn out okay, but I was wrong. She was unsuccessful in drawing my blood and didn’t even put any gauze initially when removing the needle which resulted in blood being splattered all over my arms, seat, and a bit on my favorite jeans. Thankfully, she called in for help and the woman who replaced her did better and helped me clean up. I then met Jessica who came into the room to do the procedure. Confused, I asked about Stephanie with whom I was scheduled. She informed me that she was taking over Stephanie’s patients as she was not feeling well but that Stephanie would see patients if the office got busy. I could not help but feel duped because the same happened with my friend the previous week who had also scheduled with Stephanie. My experience with Jessica was pleasant - she was kind, attentive, explained everything well and even offered me a ball to squeeze for the pain. But the same way the office requires clients to cancel within a certain timeframe or give up the $50 deposit, clients should be informed if the provider is off or unable to see us that day for whatever reason, and offer at the least, the option to reschedule or a refund. I went out of my way to adjust my schedule, arrange and pay for babysitting, and come into Manhattan just to see Stephanie. If I knew I wouldn’t be seeing her, I would’ve canceled or scheduled in Brooklyn. Results: I had swelling the first two days, and was advised against applying any ice. The swelling went down and I look and feel pretty normal. There is a bit of tightness but nothing uncomfortable. Results are nothing mind blowing but i understand that it can take a few sessions to see a difference. If I decide to do another round, I will not be coming back here. 1 week in and my arm is still bruised from the failed poking and prodding at my vein. 2 stars because Jessica and the second provider who drew my blood were nice.

Radiant Beauty & Health is absolutely phenomenal! The Botox treatment I received here is the best I have ever had, hands down. The results are nothing short of miraculous, and I couldn't be happier with how natural and refreshed I look. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Can't wait to go back for my lips soon ☺️ Dr. Ruzanna was incredibly kind, patient, and honestly stunning—just gorgeous in person. Her expertise and warm demeanor made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. All the other techs assisting her were also wonderful, providing excellent care and support. The front desk staff deserves a special mention as well. The girl at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. She made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable, setting a positive tone for my entire visit. I am beyond impressed with Radiant Beauty & Health and can confidently say I will be a loyal customer for life. Stephanie truly outdid herself today. She injected me, and I’m incredibly satisfied with the results. I highly recommend her services. Her work is flawless, and I love how attentive she is to your needs. She has a great personality, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. If you look at her, you’ll want her flawless skin too. She’s my secret weapon for NYC’s injectors, but nothing beats her! She’s a full 10-star service.
