I don’t like to make this reviews but this is the wordy facial I have ever done they were super agressive and didn’t give my money back when complaint. Look at the pictures I didn’t had pimples and they just squeeze leaving me scars and it was very painful. Don’t Waite your money there are better places

Enjoyed the first two hydrafacials with Stella. Went today for another and they asked me if I would mind having Emma/Emily do the facial and sadly she was bad. Very unskilled and needs more training. She steamed my face again after she already did that and did extracting of my nose then she starts up the steamer again later to do the same thing. She was torturing my nose until I asked her if she would do the extraction to any other part of my face which is when she acted like she wasn’t sure if I wanted her to do so. She didn’t massage the décolletage area or shoulders and neck and her face massage after the mask which is usually the very last part was barely done and it felt like she was doing slapping motions. When I complained to her about the lack of massage she said everyone is different and that she had to take more time with extracting the very thing I asked her to do as she was skipping it. Worst facial ever. Then she has the nerve to ask if I was going to make a future appointment and how was I paying for the tip after she knew I was unsatisfied. She wasn’t getting a future appointment or a tip. She cost them a client in me.

Absolute SCAM. I got a hydra facial which I’ve had many other places and is a machine operated facial that shouldn’t exclude extractions with a tool. This facial had some sort of 20 min face scrub/rub over my eyes and I couldn’t see and was so incredibly uncomfortable I honestly think that’s false advertising. Then. It was so unbelievably miserable and hard on my face and hurt bc she was so not gentle. Then asked for a tip when I walked out and I couldn’t believe I actually gave a tip. Do not go here!

I had the acne facial today and it was AMAZING the face massage was excellent and very relaxing. The spa is nice and clean. The collagen face mask was great along with the purifying machine. The entire experience was wonderful and worth it.

I discovered Quancy Med Spa around March and I tried them out for a Hydrafacial and from there, I’ve been coming back for monthly treatments to help regulate my skin and improve the texture of my skin especially from the scarring. Yen is my aesthetician and she’s very gentle, patient, and warm. She goes through the procedures with me and provides adequate information. Sandy at the front desk is extremely accommodating. I highly recommend working with their knowledgeable team!
