Liz took so much time talking to me and answering questions during my consultation…I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. My treatment was fabulous and I truly cannot wait to get my next one. If you have any scalp/hair problems you shouldn't think twice you need to visit philip Kingsley this place is the best. I was having hair problems and I didn't know what to do. I was looking into this place for some time and I was hesitant to go because of the few misleading reviews about this place how the people are rude and products are bad. From the moment I stepped into the office until I left I was treated like a queen. Staff was extremely professional polite and attentive catered to all my needs and made sure I was comfortable every single step of the way. The entire process from the consultation to the treatment lasted about 3 hours. Some people may consider it pricey but it's worth every penny. The consultation was very informative she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns I didn't feel rushed. She recommended me products that were customized to my hair problems. The treatment felt amazing the scalp massage was so relaxing they even made me coffee and gave me magazines to look through while the mask was in my hair. The gentleman who was doing the treatment was thoroughly explaining the process step by step so I learned how to do it on my own at home with the products. My hair felt and looked amazing after the treatment and I was so happy with the immediate results. The consultation price includes 4 products and she recommend 3 additional products which I did purchase but I didn't feel like they were pushy to sell the products or treatment packages. The products also come with a pamphlet with instruction on how to use the products. I've been using the products for about 2 weeks now and I couldn't be happier with the way my hair feels and I see new growth. I highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.

My hair is naturally thin (thanks Mom), and lately it’s been falling out a lot. I lost almost 50% of my hair and felt so desperate. When I arrived at the clinic, the energy of the space was like of a Royal spa, - zen, relaxed, beautiful, happy, loving and caring. I was offered a choice of drink, and a few min later, doctor Elizabeth invited me to her office for one hour hair consultation. She asked me a lot of questions and we discussed my diet, health, supplement/medication intake, stress management, family health history and much more. At the end of our consultation, I was very clear on what was causing the excessive hair loss. I learned so much about hair and what I was doing wrong. It was such an eye opener! Dr. Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable, sweet and professional. After the consultation, I was invited to change into a robe for their special hair treatment. OMG, what a treat! Scalp Massage, hair/scalp stimulating and nourishing products, sitting under the special hair light..... I did fall asleep there a couple of times, that’s how relaxing and amazing it felt. My hair and scalp kept saying “Thank you! Thank you!”. Everything smelled and felt unbelievable. I didn’t want to leave. When I saw my hair after the treatment, it looked like it doubled in volume! It also looked so shiny, healthy and lively. I left the place with a bag of Philip Kingsley products, a personal folder, which had a few pages of hair-care suggestions, a list of foods, and more. I felt so encouraged and motivated. I know that my hair loss is going to stop, and I will have lots of new healthy hair soon. This clinic is a hidden Gem. I can’t thank enough Philip Kingsley clinic for doing this amazing work. I’m literally impressed beyond words! Yes, it is expensive, but it’s worth every dollar. This was a Birthday gift to myself.
