The service has an array of steam, facial massages , exfoliation and hydration masks. Karen is the best in NYC!

I had a great experience at Nexus for the second time! First, Nic and Matthew at the front desk were really friendly and welcoming, and they directed me to the spa without any hassle. Once there, the spa staff made me feel really comfortable! The locker rooms as always were super clean and had everything I needed (the robes are SO comfy!). I had a reflexology treatment for my lower body with Alex, and it was fantastic. As someone who spends a lot of time on their feet, I really appreciated how thorough and relaxing the session was. I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud afterward! I also had a facial for the second time, and it continues to be the best I’ve had in the city—extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I definitely recommend Nexus for anyone looking for a great treatment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had the pleasure of getting a facial from Nagisa and she was wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and makes the entire experience extremely comfortable. I have sensitive skin so the products she’s used on me agreed with my skin and have also improved it. I also got reflexology from Alex during the facial and that was a game changer. I was that much more relaxed which elevated my whole facial experience. I would highly recommend these two!

I have been a Naturopathica devotee for decades and an evangelist for esthetician Karen Q. for the better part of ten years. I feel so lucky to have found her — her knowledge of skin, and how to use Naturopathica products on it, is simply unmatched. I have referred friends and family of varying ages, genders, and skin tones to her and everyone agrees: Karen is a skin magician. While I was upset that the spa in Chelsea abruptly closed with little explanation, its new location in Tribeca is convenient and zen. Best of all, Karen is there, still doing her magic.

I’ve been seeing Nagisa every couple of months for about a year now and I’ve always had the best experience. She is very calming and soft to the touch and her facial massages are amazing. She tells me what she’s using during each step which I love. While the masks are on she gives a hand massage which is lovely. 10/10 experience!
