I learned a lot in our first appointment visit, thanks to her educational background. She has an easy going hand when waxing and is fast! The waxes she uses is also good quality compared to others who claim their wax is the “best” quality. After seeing Kia my hair took longer to grow back and grew back thinner! She was honest about the quality of the products she uses on her clients. I’m so happy to have found a great affordable specialist located in the Bronx, close to home!

She educated me on what I was using and how it was damaging my skin without making me feel bad about myself or dumb for asking questions. I have new products that I already can’t imagine not using.
