Mar 13, 2025 · Courtney SheetsMy friend tried to gift me a card for this place and they refused to sell her at least some kind of voucher over the phone or online for some reason. She lives out of state and they kept telling her to call another day or physically come in? Anyway she sent me here but unfortunately I left feeling very disappointed and after sharing my experience with her, neither of us will be returning. My friend has been a client for many years so we’re sad but believe it’s time to consider other spas in the area. I’m not sure how this place even operates 24/7 someone should really contact the better business bureau. Not only is the staff unpleasant and unprofessional, but the pools are gross and not warm although they’re called hot tubs. They let people get inside without showering and walk around with zero guidance whatsoever. There was a strange man in the sauna with no clothes on playing with himself and none of the staff intervened. The wet and dry saunas were barely hot and not worth the money. Service is mediocre. Atmosphere left much to be desired. Really wanted to like it but unfortunately did not. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love their jade sauna and lemon hot tubs. It was a total relaxing time after hard working. The massage and body scrub therapist was very professional and nicely did their work to understand my needs. My skin becomes very soft and moisturized. Now i feel I am clean.
