DO NOT PURCHASE THE GROUPON- this place is a scam, very disappointing. I have been trying to call them for a week now to book an appointment and no one has answered, they have a "live chat" on their website but it's a fake cause whoever was on the other side of the line told me they would call me back but never did and I do not see why that would be a problem to book an appointment for a potential customer. So, overall do not purchase this groupon you will waste your time with this! Hopefully this business will see this review and finally decide to call me back lol

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to write a review because the customer service was so poor I never even got to make an appointment. purchased a Groupon for tanning after reading great reviews on the actual service. A few weeks ago I called not knowing the business was closed and a woman named Sam picked up the phone. She told me that she would take down my information and call me the next day to schedule an appointment. In retrospect, I wonder why she answered the phone if the business was closed in the first place. Sam never got back to me the next day and I have since called two times to no answer during business hours. The fourth time I called, today, during business hours, no one responded to the phone. I received a text sometime later from Sam saying she was on her lunch Break and she let me know that Groupon service would not be available for a couple of weeks, which is perfect seeing as I do not need service until the middle of the month. I texted her back asking if a date was available and it’s been hours I still have not received a response. I’m not sure if this person is just incompetent or if the business does not wish to fulfill groupon vouchers, even though they chose to advertise on Groupon. I have requested a refund from Groupon and will be taking my business elsewhere. As I said to Sam, I always tip full price for the discounted service so Sam is just not good at her job or extremely forgetful. Either way it’s the customer first & she dropped the ball 2x, and the other 2x I can’t speak for who did not answer phones. NEVER again!

I booked an appointment for cool sculpting here on a Saturday (very nice of the staff to take time out of their busy schedule on a weekend) to treat my inner and outer thighs and I must say, I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is so friendly and professional (Araksya is the best!), the treatment was literary painless and I was able to walk out of the office without any pain. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has been thinking about doing cool sculpting.

Araksay aka Roxy is an Amazing!! Her expertise and knowledge really made me feel extremely comfortable. She was able to assess my procedure and gave me a thorough breakdown down of what I needed. I was referred by a great friend that had a CoolSculpting procedure done. The place is clean the staff is friendly. You even got a choice of hot tea, coffee or water when you walk in it. They pay close attention to detail and that's definitely a plus and perk in my book. I highly highly recommend this place for any cosmetic/ non-invasive med spa. They have the latest technology.
