After days of walking in New York City, my legs, feet, and hips were so sore and after my massage I felt like a new person! I will always make an appointment when I am in New York!

I told him 3 times that he was being to rough and even said no while he applied pressure to my hips. He was so rough that my back cracked during the massage. He burped while massaging me and laughed instead of saying excuse me. He only rubbed my head and didn't do an actual scalp massage. I asked for the 120 minute massage with a scalp massage and face massage. He stopped 50 minutes into the massage and said done. I went to grab my phone and noticed I had time left. His coworker came in and began asking if i chose the 120 minute massage while i was topless. I said i did and she said she would finish. I will never return after this experience and am disappointed that the service was horrible this time around. I decided to schedule an appointment at this location after seeing that they did scalp massages. I decided to book the 90 minute relaxing massage which includes two add ons. I decided to choose the scalp and foot massage as my add on. Things I loved: Asked my pressure preference The massage table has a face cushion so it makes it even more comfortable when getting a massage The massage was amazing and very soothing She did a minor face massage which was calming Play calming music and had essential oils running which made the experience even more relaxing Things I didn't like: They have a bell that is rung so people can come in it was a little distracting The room is nice but isn't closed off as the ceiling is open so you'll hear noises Overall I enjoyed my massage and I felt relaxed and relived when I left. The massage was so good I snored a bit and napped. I am definitely returning again as I enjoyed the whole experience.
