James is terrific! He is skilled both technically and artistically. I appreciate his conservative approach and natural results. Products are 100% authentic. I’ve been a client for 3 years and will not go anywhere else.

New office is just lovely and spacious compared to the last and feels a lot more luxurious. The experience continues to be lovely. I had under eye fillers done and I initially went in for a consultation but was so convinced that I stayed and had them done that session. They were so well done, look fresh, feel fresh and it looks very natural. I get compliments about looking well rested!

Very nice place and friendly, attentive staff. Despite this, I do not recommend. After receiving Botox, my face was in more pain than any other Botox treatment and I had swelling around the injection sites for over 48 hours. Additionally the muscles in my forehead never stopped moving. They kindly let me go back for a touch up 3 weeks later and allegedly gave me the max amount of Botox in my forehead. now just one month later I have full movement back. Idk if they dilute their Botox and hit the muscles wrong. Waste of money.

I had a fantastic visit today at the beautiful Manhattan office. Brianna took her time to review my facial features and carefully place product in the exact right locations for the best outcome. It's very clear from her explanation of the process how educated she is in this field. She has a skilled and light touch, making my appointment a breeze. Thank you Brianna for a great job today!

Dr James is great. He always accommodates my requests and never pushes me to do too much and keeps it very natural. The new facility is also so beautiful.
