I enjoyed several of their unique treatments, including the robo massage, red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber, and the sauna/steam room, which were all fantastic. The gym facilities are also excellent. The therapist was skilled, and the natural oils used during my treatment were heavenly. The spa itself is beautifully designed, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience!
Jan 29, 2025 · CatherineGreat facility! Started with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber to increase healing. Then I had a 120 Min. Deep Tissue Massage. After my massage I added on the 30 min. PEMF Red Light Bed 100% recommend adding this on after any service the best $75 you will ever spend! After I relaxed in the waiting area and enjoyed light snacks. Then I went to the women's lounge and enjoyed the dry sauna and steam room. The facility was newly renovated and very clean. Can not wait to return.

This oasis in the city is perfectly located with amazing views of saint Patrick’s cathedral! We did a couples massage and all I can say is thank you! All the equipment is top quality and the ambiance is so relaxing 🤍
