Face and Body By Runchana Medspa

Came here for exilis to remove unwanted fat. Some how Runchana botched it. 25 min after the procedure I looked deformed. I new something was wrong during the procedure and kept telling her to stop but she didn't. I ended up having to do cosmetic surgery to correct the issue. Also, had a friend go to her. She ended up having a third degree burn and needing medical attention. I don't understand how Runchana messed it up. Exilis is a non invasive procedure I thought it would be safe to do, but I guess not. Overall, Runchana was nice but didn't know what she was doing.

I rarely write recommendations but I feel I just have to for Face and Body by Runchana. I am so happy I met Runchana - she has absolutely transformed my skin! The facials, care, and attention that I receive at her salon deserve to be recognized and endorsed. I live in NYC but every year I spend several months traveling. One thing that is a must for me everywhere I go is to get weekly facials, and I always seek out the most 'cutting-edge' and effective treatments I can find. I have never had a facial anywhere as good or effective as I have had with Runchana. She truly understands skin! Since I have been seeing Runchana I believe my skin looks 10 years younger. She is more knowledgeable and skillful in her field than anyone I have ever met. Every time I go to Runchana she examines my skin so thoroughly and then gives me the treatments and facials that are the most effective for me. She also always explains to me exactly how to look after my skin in between treatments. I honestly cannot recommend her enough. Face and Body by Runchana is a wonderful oasis of calm (her salon is absolutely lovely) where you are instantly put at ease. Runchana is incredibly welcoming, and warm, and her passion about skin care is infectious. If you are looking for results that you didn’t imagine were possible, and a true understanding as to how to care for your skin - you must go to Face and Body by Runchana - she really is phenomenal.
