Had an amazing facial treatment today, and Maria was absolutely incredible! She really took the time to take care of my skin, and I can already feel the difference—my face looks so much more hydrated and fresh. Super relaxing experience. Can’t recommend Maria enough—definitely coming back!

No complaints here! I look forward to my massage or facial every month. The space is clean and relaxing- it is never over booked so you get plenty of peace. I’ve had most massage therapist and they all have their own unique technique which is great. Shout out to Erika who is always there to add her charm to the experience ✨

Had such a great experience! The place has such a calm vibe, and the staff is super friendly. I went in for a facial with Maria, and she was amazing, so gentle and knowledgeable. My skin felt incredible afterward! I also had the pleasure of meeting Erika, the spa director, who was so warm and welcoming. It’s clear she runs the place with care and attention to detail. I can’t recommend this spa enough!

We celebrated my partner’s birthday at the spa and had absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and serene. The sauna was incredibly relaxing, and the salt room left us feeling rejuvenated. We want to extend a special thank you to Erika P. for being so helpful and making sure our visit was seamless and enjoyable. Also, I had the pleasure of receiving a fantastic massage from Anastasia, who truly worked wonders with her technique. We highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for top-notch relaxation and outstanding service!

I’ve been a fan of Exhale since their location in Bal Harbour I’ve always been to. I have to say the Exhale location at the Virgin Hotel might just have sold me even more. The staff is absolutely incredible at this location, I joined the LIFE membership and have zero regrets. All rooms are always very clean, amenities are great, the fitness room, classes and instructors are all really amazing. Also not to mention it’s such a game changer taking a yoga/barre class in a room with windows/view in the city. Rosemarie did a fantastic job getting me set up with the right membership. The team at the desk Izzy and Isaiah are always really great and so attentive! Roxy often in the spa amenities is also really lovely, she helped me with a salt experience and made me feel so welcomed. Overall not just a great a location and space, but the team at Exhale really elevate the atmosphere!
