I do not recommend the UES location. I have been getting injections for over 10 years and this was the most painful and least communicative/understanding appointment I have ever had. Not to mention he hit a blood vessel in my lip and I had a large bruise for over a week. Very humbling. I understand this is a risk, but the whole experience was uncomfortable.

They’ve been holding my money hostage for weeks and will not provide a full refund. I got no value from the one treatment I received because the follow ups needed to be done within a certain time period.

I hope the lady who burned two holes into either side of my nose, while using a machine I did not sign up for, has since been fired. Not to mention their follow up treatment if me was extraordinarily patronizing and humiliating. My previous post was too polite.

Sort of got talked into more expensive products and wasn’t any happier with the results. Follow up appointment wasn’t satisfactory, they didn’t offer a solution. Lips were uneven. Felt like my lip fillers were a waist of money and didn’t think I’d do it again..

I had a hydro facial with Ling and she was amazing. Knowledge, gentle and most importantly understanding. (I am claustrophobic!) the results have been amazing thus far, I go back in two weeks for a clear and brilliant again. 10/10 recommend.
