Ok so first I want to say that the reason I came to Dr Laser in the first place was because I heard such amazing reviews of Kim. When I met her for the first time she was so inviting and made me feel seen and made me feel comfortable right away. She is very skilled and I had good results with her. She did, however, take a sabbatical and the treatments weren’t the same with the other technician and I was about to leave for another place. BUT Kim returned and now I am able to get back to where I need to be. I honestly feel she is the only one I want doing services on me. She is skilled, honest, and gets to know you and what might work for you. She wants what is best for you. Another thing to note is that the staff at reception has changed a bit which has resulted in better and kinder service. The toxic receptionists no longer work there. So if you come to Dr Laser, ask for Kim!

I was super nervous for my tattoo removal especially because it’s on the bigger side, but Stella made sure I felt more than comfortable. Definitely gonna be my requested esthetician from now on. Taj booked me and was so personable on the phone, she’s so sweet! She was so transparent and went through everything regarding pricing as well as working very well with my budget, I got the 10 pack to start with. Everyone greeted me with open arms and the atmosphere is lovely, can’t wait until my next session.

THIS place does. The manager at the Chelsea location Genney is beyond kind. They just all work together to give you a positive experience. On occasion the wait was a tad long but they constantly checked on me and never felt like I was just hanging w out knowing what was up. Great energy. Great results!

My face feels firmer and has a better shape. The treatment was a little painful, but the results are well worth it. Stella performed my treatment, and I love her! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm looking forward to the second Morpheus8 treatment and PRP at Dr. Laser. I highly recommend it.

She is incredibly professional and makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, and I appreciated how personalized my treatment plan was. The results have been fantastic – I’ve noticed a real difference in the areas I treated, and I’m so happy with how it looks. The office was clean and relaxing. If you’re considering their services, I can’t recommend Dr Laser and Stella enough!!
