Chillhouse Soho Flagship

I never get my nails done because I need to keep them short to play the viola but decided to try something new. I didn't know what I signed up for because the online booking didn't have corresponding pictures with the tiers. I also assumed whatever it was, was supposed to look exactly like the picture like color and everything, I was confused as a non-nail person! I got the gems on them and the glue was very globby but never having done my nails before I thought maybe it would like ?melt? Away or something?? But day 2 it's still very gaudy looking and falling off and getting caught in my hair 🙈I really liked my nail art technician, I'm sure it's not her fault and more just that gems aren't really a good option. Wish I stuck with my first choice of baby bloom but I was confused because I didn't want blue and didn't realize we could change it. I chose the gems because the picture was pink and I wanted pink or purpleish. But I got rainbow and it's fine but I'm going to go elsewhere to have it removed today.

The salon is not the most relaxing environment but is very cute. I got a very neat manicure and pedicure but was disappointed when, about an hour after manicure, a few of my nails had the polish come cleanly off. The polish smell lasted for hours, and it was as if there was a tacky layer still under the polish well after I left. Judging from reviews, it may have gone better if I had opted for their soft gel. My pedicure looks perfect, and my hands and feet are in much better shape. I would just hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, relaxing manicure rather than a cute design.

Loved Chillhouse for a massage. Went for a massage for two. First, the massage technicians were insanely skilled. (Ask for Kimberly or Eric they were both amazing). Second, they took time to do a consult and figure out what you were looking for in your massage; my partners massage was completely different than mine but they were perfect for us respectively. Also, the staff is super friendly. And, the massage technicians went out of their way to make it clear that whatever boundaries or preferences you had would be respected so you could really just enjoy the massage. Also, vibed in the cafe area for a bit before and it was great vibes for a chat.

Chillhouse always delivers!! If you are looking for an array of fun designs that consistently last 10-14 days (soft gel), this is your place! I am always happy with the service and experience and have transformed myself into the friend “who always has good nails” which I never thought was possible 💅

I absolutely love Chillhouse! Everyone is really welcoming and super nice but the main reason I decided to get a membership for the massages was because Alicia is INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend her and she’s also super sweet ◡̈
