Get directionsThis place is clean and nice on the inside. I was originally taken back by the attitude of the injector. She told me I didn’t read the “fine print” on my groupon(I did) and instead of just letting me ask my questions, she berated me for supposedly not reading the fine print. The injector told me I needed 30 units which was more than I had ever had before. I wound up buying additional units as per her recommendation, which was no problem. 2 weeks pass, 3 weeks, 6 weeks and this is the worst botox I have ever had. Its been a little over 6 weeks since I went and my forehead needs to be done again. I usually go every 3.5-4 months so less than 2 months is crazy. Especially after receiving the most amount I have ever had. Not sure if they just did not actually inject 30 units, the botox is weak or old, really I have no idea. If you regularly get botox and are looking for an effective treatment, don’t go here. Never have I experienced such short term botox.. I go to Peachy and receive 25 units and it lasts me at least 4 months!
Feb 14, 2025 · Erin LFrom first steps in a studio I was surrounded by attention, good service & atmosphere. From caring front desk to very nice and professional esthetician. Esthetician Zhanna helped me to choose cosmetic for my sensitive skin. It’s always hard to find something not allergic. I work as a model and always looking for a good masks that will help to feel freshness after long shootsz Thanks to Zhanna, I finally found that I needed. Highly recommended this place!)
Apr 15, 2024 · Mariia Karina ValeshnaEDIT - My response to Body Factory's response to my review below: With all due respect, when you write, “tipping is not mandatory and is entirely at the client’s discretion. We do not pressure or solicit tips from anyone, and the option is only made available for those who choose to show their appreciation voluntarily” YOU ARE violating the professional guidelines for medical professionals. There should NOT be an option to tip, and most importantly, medical professionals are REQUIRED to DECLINE any tips for medical services rendered; thus, your "allowing" patients to “show their appreciation voluntarily” goes against state guidelines. Once again, I have received good service each time I visited your establishment, but recently, I’ve started to feel that it might be time to speak up or go elsewhere if this practice is not addressed. Thank you for responding quickly. ORIGINAL REVIEW My review highlights an unethical practice that's unfortunately widespread in the city. I typically get Botox treatments at Body Factory, and while the nurses are generally skilled and the facilities (I've been to all three locations) are clean and well-maintained, the issue lies with their tipping policy. Medical professionals, including nurse practitioners and registered nurses, are prohibited from soliciting or accepting tips. Their professional code of conduct clearly forbids this. Let me repeat this: MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING NURSES, ARE EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED FROM SOLICITING OR RECEIVING TIPS. THERE IS NO GREY AREA HERE. ACCEPTING TIPS IS UNETHICAL FOR THESE PROFESSIONALS. However, every time I go to pay, I'm put in an uncomfortable position. The staff at the register either directly asks for a tip or presents the credit card machine with a tipping option, treating it as if it's standard practice. This behavior is wrong, unethical, and embarrassing on purpose. Treatments here are already expensive, often costing me close to or over $500. Yet, they still have the audacity to suggest a 20%/30% tip- an additional, unethical collection of $100. This practice is wrong and unethical, and again, tips should not be requested, given, or even suggested. While customers technically have the option to decline, the correct approach would be never to request a tip, never mention it, and not include it as an option in the payment process. Putting clients in an uncomfortable position is NEVER the answer. Please learn and remove the tipping option from your credit card payments.
Dec 07, 2024 · Marc SimmonsTheir products are either fake or expired. I pay $600–$700 for wrinkle reduction treatments, but within two weeks, I always have to return to purchase an additional $300–$400 worth of units because the initial treatment doesn’t work.
Dec 19, 2024 · Fara WooIf you are looking to have a toned face without deep spots, please do not go to this place. The products they sell for spots, pimples and grease are expensive and do not work, a total scam. Not to mention that the treatment they do to remove deep spots is just a way to get money out of you. I went to this place trusting the word of the employee who told me that she had the solution to my problem, and I ended up spending 1000 dollars with no result and worse than my face was and if I had continued with the steps I would already be spending about 3 thousand dollars with no result. Thanks to that product that that employee put on my face I ended up burning my face and not even sunscreen protects me. I curse the day I went to this place!!!!
