SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Ooohlala of Beverly Hills uses UPS Home Delivery Ground service to deliver your beauty items. All items are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. Please allow 7-10 days for your shipment to arrive. We also offer 2nd day and overnight delivery for additional fees. Should you receive your package in poor condition, please notify our corporate offices immediately so that we may call the carrier to come and pick up your package to be returned back to us for immediate replacement of your items. By providing us with all the correct information at check out we will be able to process your order in a timely fashion. So please be sure to include a working email address so we may notify you of your tracking information, and a phone number where you may be reached during regular business hours in the event that we need to contact you. Please note that UPS can not deliver to a PO Box so please be sure to provide a deliverable address.
RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGES
Ooohlala of Beverly Hills wants you to be happy with the products you received. We will be happy to exchange on all un-opened or un-used merchandise within 30 days of purchase, for any merchandise on our site of equal value. Shipping and Handling fees are not included.
